Day#26-Daniel Denial

Prove thy servants, I beseech thee, ten days; and let them give us pulse to eat, and water to drink.

-Daniel 1:12

Day#26-Continuing the process

Welcome to Day# 26. I pray that each of you are feeling blessed, well and encouraged to continue this blessed journey. Yesterday,

  • We Read Daniel 6:18-28
  • We wrote on the topic You reap what you sow.
  • We took our daily mental and physical check in for Day #25.
  • We also complete our mini defilement challenge today on the third topic from our list.

Now that you’ve completed all that you needed to for Day#25, let’s move on to Day#26.

Day#26-Reading: Exodus 32The Moses Case Study

This week, the themes that we focused on were Head not the Tail, Power of envy, Serving with Boundaries and You reap what you sow, in connection to the overarching theme, “avoiding defilement.” For Day#26, you will read Exodus 32, and do a mini analysis dive into the characteristics of the great Moses. Your focus, while reading this chapter, is to analyze how Moses tried to help the children of Israel escape defilement and what characteristics were used to achieve this.

Guiding questions

  1. How did Moses demonstrate great leadership skills after the COI defiled themselves?
  2.  What did he do to remove the defilement?
  3. How would you describe Moses’s spiritual boundaries
  4. What can you personally apply to your life from the historical account of the Great Moses?

Take Away

Do you not know that you are Yah’s temple and that Yah’s Spirit dwells in you? If anyone destroys Yah’s temple, Yah will destroy him. For Yah’s temple is holy, and you are that temple.-1 Corinthians 3:16-17

Journal Questions Spiritual

  1. The word defile means, to degrade, pollute, tarnish, corrupt, soil, stain, profane, violate. During the first of the challenge, we wrote four spiritual defilements that we are dealing with, or struggling through.
  2. Over the course of 3 weeks we have been doing mini challenges on our chosen areas of defilement, and seeking the father’s favor in those areas.
    1. What has the Father revealed to you this week in regard to this defilement?
    2. What tactics did you use to fight against these defilements this past week?
  3. Today, you will select your fourth listed defilement to tackle alongside the other three and write the following;
    1. Where do I have uncertainty in this area?
    2. Why am I struggling to trust Yah in this area?
    3. At the conclusion of the mini-Challenge record what the Father has revealed to you about this defilement.
    4. Challenge-This week I will challenge myself to trust Yah in this area. Even though it’s a challenge, I will push myself for the entire week to be undefiled by this thing in the Father site. I will trust in Yah’s unfailing hand, that with true diligence and fervency, He will give me favor to make it through for my good!.

(Give yourself 2 days, if need be to complete this. Don’t feel rushed)
